Ok, this deserves a page on its own, because it's a great class.
Basically, you put your blackguard in front. The problem is the blackguard is lacking in focus, so beef him up with focus buffing equipment, and wisdom too. Then, you have the shadowblade and the barbarian. Depending on the equipment you have equipped, I would switch the order around when necessary. Your bishop can stay in the back and will heal well. Just a suggestion, but keep auto-rebuff on with mana flow for both your blackguard and bishop from the blackguard. Also, keep regen running for your party, protection of earth/any other element, and infusion of (any element.) Keep this going on the higher levels, and it will make your life so much easier.
