Quest Details: Return the lost bracelet to the girl outside the scrollshop in Larkwood. The bracelet is in the river to the right of the girl and below the elder's house. Walk the horizontal river path and you will find it. Once found, return to the girl. Unlike collection quests, this quest can only be completed in Larkwood.
